By now you know that there are a number of different views you can choose from for your calendar. Different people use their calendars differently. For those who schedule a lot of meetings and rely heavily on their calendar, the “Schedule View” can be quite helpful.

(I believe sometime in the past it was called “Agenda View”.

To switch to schedule view, all you need to do is click on the dropdown immediately to the left of the waffle menu. The choices are more or less self-explanatory. Here is a visual as to what the Schedule view would look like:

In my particular schedule, I have some meetings that overlap. I am not directly involved in these meetings, and could reply “no” to the calendar invitations, but I leave them as you see them so that I am apprised as to when certain things are taking place.
